4-Day Right of Withdrawal As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at cloudly7004@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

How to Return Once you've notified us of your decision to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalised items
• Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
